Felix Almentero, M.D.

Dr. Felix Almentero finished his medical school in Central Del Caribe, PR in 1986 and then

completed four years of internal medicine residency in the New Rochelle Hospital Medical

Center which is now known as South Shore Medical Center in 1990.

Afterwards he completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the University

Hospital and the Boston University Medical Center in 1993. Since then he has been working as

a physiatrist specialized in musculoskeletal disorders including electrodiagnostic studies and pain

management. He is currently providing physiatry consultation for Forest back Hills HealthCare

and working as a staff be physician for Jersey rehab at Belleville New Jersey and in the Bronx in

New York.

He practices Physical Medicine and Pain Management specializing in the following:

• Musculoskeletal problems

• Electrodiagnostic studies

• Joint injections
